Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging where applicable.
To request a return, contact us at rafaelovalon116@gmail.com with your order number and a brief description of the reason for the return. We will provide return instructions if your request is eligible.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or refund.
Refunds
Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund decision. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
Return Shipping
Unless an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
Non-Returnable Items
Items that have been used, damaged after delivery, or returned without the required information may not be eligible for a refund.
